The outside snap button is scratched. The flap closure does not lay flat due to opening/closing with the snap button. The interior shows minor dirt on the lining and in the interior pocket. There is no chain or any inserts included. I purchased a custom non-LV brown skinny leather strap from Etsy to match the bag. The leather strap is 46” long including the clasp.
