mmkollection @yeagela yes they do and yes there are 4 buckles. Really the only call out is the cracking on the surface of the leather throughout the straps from dry leather that wasn’t conditioned by the previous owner. The majority of the cracking is at the top where it goes over your shoulder and at the location of the buckles
