100% AUTHENTIC EARLY MODEL (1980) Louis Vuitton Cartouchiere GM (large) in iconic Monogram canvas and thick Vachetta leather. Spacious split interior with buckle flap closure. Adjustable long strap for shoulder or crossbody use. Introduced in 1980, the Cartouchiere series is a favorite amongst all LV crossbody bags. This is also the first year that LV started to have date codes. Early models, such as this one, may not have these codes. Dimensions: 11x9x4 (slightly larger than newer models) Made in France Accessories: new, non-branded twilly, pompom, and dustbag. Condition (all shown in pictures) PLEASE NOTE: this is a 44 year old vintage piece and has been priced accordingly. Very good condition for its age. Cracks on the inside of the flap have been repaired but still noticeable. General wear throughout. Strap has cracking but no tears. Bottom is good with marks. Faded hardware. Slight pen marks on some scratches inside. Bag has been cleaned and conditioned. It is ready for immediate use!
