hellokitti1 @arussell70 which cleaner do you have? Most of them work exactly the same. However, it does take quite a bit of elbow grease, which is why I charge more for the super shiny ones. I work my butt off on them. There is no magic involved, just polishing and polishing with a brass cleaner. I have probably tried all of them, in search of magic. I’ve also used an ultrasonic cleaner.....nothing works as well as buffing by hand.

hellokitti1 @arussell70 I looked up your cleaner. It should work fine. If it is clean, but just not Shiny, try rubbing mineral on, then buffing that off. Put a few drops inside the mechanism too. 😘

This lock design has been in circulation since the 90’s, so there are more than a few deviations from the popular “Louis Vuitton made in France” wording. Some say Paris, Spain, France, ect.

hellokitti1 @hippiybohogirl Hi, I just shared some more bundles to you, and emailed Poshmark about the link that was broken (it is for a bundle of 3 cleaned-matching)..... The numbers are not used to match the locks to a specific bag style. They are to ensure the the correct lock and key are together. For example 301 lock needs a 301 key. If you own multiple bags, it is just nice to have a matching set for all, but it is definitely not a necessity.
