Louis Feraud vintage black linen skirt. Made in Germany. Authentic. Lined. 4 small flat ruffles (lays flat). That give it that 60’s look. 23” from top of waistband to bottom of skirt. Very chic. US size 10. But has been resized at waist. 3 back darts were opened to lay flat and waist and has fabric added in back button to extend size. Seamstress can undo and put it back like original size if you like. Now waist is 32”. 4 darts in front.
