I call this my twirly dancing dress. I’ve had my fun wearing it, time for others to enjoy it as well. This dress is cute and comfortable with a full pleated skirt that umbrellas out when you spin around. It is flattering with a sweetheart neckline and a smocked back and adjustable stripes.
