Authentic. these were given as a Christmas gift from hubby after I had my son, but after gaining weight everywhere, my feet are way too fat for them now 😞 They say 38, but red bottoms tend to run small, so they fit like a 7/7.5. Includes everything: duster, box, original shipping receipt from Saks, extra heel tips, and of course, the heels! I wore these 5 times total through the years, with some wear shown in the pics. for example, there is a scrape on one of the heels (pic 4) and a few scuff marks on the black leather on the inner part between your legs/ feet (pic 5), so it's not noticeable. Some of the red is coming off, as is normal with these, but I found some red rubber pads and red paint specifically for them on Amazon that you can get for under $10 to fix that. I just didn't want to mess with them.
