These shoes were hand embroidered by the brilliant Jean-Francoise Lesage. These shoes came in 3 different colors meaning only 12 pair of this color were ever made. These are brand new- never tried on

@styledbymissb They are more beautiful than the pics show.The Lesage embroidery house created by François Lesage was bought in 2002 by Chanel and does all of the embroidery for CHANEL's Metier d'Art Shows.

@bazaarstylist stunning. I am in awe of beautiful craftsmanship and fine work like this- such a pleasure to see. Thank you for posting this- I admire these pieces so much. Your closet features these mini-museums and it’s delightful!

@glasschick Thank you for your kind words. Your compliment is the nicest I have ever received! I am delighted that you enjoy the beautiful craftsmanship and tailoring as much as I do. The photographs are amazing but having the opportunity to touch the garments and shoes to see the countless hours of construction that went into each piece is phenomenal. Thank you again for taking the time to spread your love. It truly made my week!

@mommicakes Thanks!

@bazaarstylist Is that you in the blue dress with a photoshopped set of Louie V shoes on? Haha. Love it.
bazaarstylist
@jessicalamonde Nope. Both photos are of Dita Von Teese actually wearing her pair of the shoes. Nothing is photoshopped.
