I regret that this sale did not work out for you. However, I appreciate your understanding and not challenging the return of this sweater. To avoid this from happening again, I would recommend you mention that the sweater had shrunk a little and provide the usual approximate measurements as listed below:

This way you have provided all the info for the buyer to gauge whether or not this is a good fit and eliminate any reason for return. This is a great sweater in EUC and someone else will buy it.
