affectionate1 @rosewoodmoon hi there, I'm guessing the 25.5" length is in the front? Can I get a back length from top of shoulder to end of hemline please. Also are you able to flip the collar open and down and will it stay down or are you supposed to wear it without a collar ? Thanks, Leslie

rosewoodmoon @affectionate1 hi Leslie! The back measures 20" long. You can fold the collar down, but it also turns the front flaps of the sweater inside out, so I believe it's meant to be worn without it folded.

affectionate1 @rosewoodmoon ok, thanks for your reply.. can I ask you something else ? Lol.. it's hard without seeing the item first hand.. if you were to flip the collar outward does it not look right? Like maybe would you be looking at inside stitching or maybe it wouldn't lay right?? I can only guess. . Would you be able to take a pic of the front of it if you had the collar open ? I can't seem to figure out what this would look like with the collar flipped outward ??

affectionate1 @rosewoodmoon do you think this would be a bad pairing to wear this with a solid black dress ? Would it dress it down ? And it's not that it's a fancy black dress but just a simple one. I thought maybe it might break up all the blackness of a solid colored dress. ?
