heathereddy11 @malimiami thank you! I meant the tags in the back of the neck and fabric content labels. sorry for the confusion. also, is it true to size or oversized, like most caftans?

malimiami @heathereddy11 oh yes of course that’s what I meant the brand tag that’s typically at the back of the garment has fallen off and now that I am looking for it I do not see a fabric or care contact tag either. Wow. This is definitely a sheer poly fabric. I have another of her garments in the same material and they are marked 100% polyester Made in India.

malimiami @heathereddy11 this particular dress runs small. it is cut from one piece of fabric so it runs very narrow through the hips. It’s definitely not cut like a traditional Kaftan that’s roomy. This is the last piece of three in this print/style that I ordered from her.

malimiami @heathereddy11 I went to her website to see if she was still selling it and she has the same size (XS) for $75 here’s what they have to say about it on site: Our “Regular Robe” shape is one of our most known styles and a best seller. It’s a straight fit and the center front has a slit that reaches to the knee area. The drawstring sits in the high waist/under bust area and the strings have decorative beads at the end of strings. Fabrication Content: 100% Viscose Care: Dry Clean only

I would be buying this for my sister as a gift, and she's built like Jessica rabbit, and it will be too small I think, based on the description. she has a tiny waist but voluptuous hips, and she loves kaftans because of the usual free size in the hip area. so...bummer. malimiami @heathereddy11 Yes it’s always good to ask before so I’m glad we figured it out. Most Kaftans are typically a square or rectangle with two vertical seams so they do have more give & flexibility for wider shapes at the bottom like me 😉 This dress has a Kaftan sleeve but the bottom is more column straight seam cut which does not provide allow as much give for curvier bodies.
