Lot/2 Magazine Ads Pennsylvania Railroad Diesel Powered Move a Division WWII Era

This item is in good preowned condition with normal signs of wear. These appear to be magazine ads fastened to thin cardboard in a plastic protective sleeve. THE BOTTOMS ARE BENT BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE IT AFFECTS THE ADS THEMSELF AND THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE FLATTENED OUT. There are price stickers on the top corner of each plastic. There are no dates but the one talking about moving a division mentions war bonds and stamps which were available during WWII. These measure about 11" by 14" each.
