Lot of 3 Nautical Lighthouse Decorations- Painted Surf Board & House & Clock

This is a lot of 3 nautical items. The first item is a surf board that is made out of wood with a glass inlet. The glass inlet has a lighthouse nautical type picture painted on it. There is sticker residue on the top, but it should come off with some Goo Gone. It is approximately 10" tall and 3.5" wide. The second item is a wooden house that also has a glass inlet. The glass inlet has a lighthouse nautical theme picture painted on it. The paint is wearing in places on the house shaped decoration. The house is approximately 6.5" tall and 5" wide. The third item is a nautical themed clock. It needs batteries. It is approximately 4" tall and 3" wide. It has a chip towards the top of the lighthouse but not extremely noticeable unless looking for it. Please see the pictures for this.
