The shimmery turquoise velvet skirt is a size medium, but it fits like a small- they run small in general but are very stretchy. For reference my waist is 25 inches and my hips are 34 inches. There is a photo of me in the medium skirt to show that it fits snuggly like the others and there is no gapping in the waist.
