Bright Blue and Dark Blue Striped Stretchy Skater style Skirt w/ Thick stretchy comfortable waistband BRAND: No Boundaries SIZE: Tag mentions XS (Size 1) but I am a Size 4 and I felt it was good and should be a Small. Perhaps this is because the Waistband is so Soft and not ridgid elastic band MATERIAL: 57% Cotton, 38% Polyester 5% Spandex MEASURES: 25" waistband without stretching, waistband is 4.75" wide (can be folded over), 18" from very top of waistband to bottom hem. Weighs 3 oz. Both Skirts are PreOwned but in Great Shape Structurally. Cute and Comfortable!
