Lot of 12 Baby/Toddler Headbands/Hairbows This listing is for all 12 headbands. They range is sizes. The smallest is 4 inches across lying flat and expands to 9 inches while stretched so a circumference of 8-18 inches. The largest is 6 inches lying flat and expands to 12 inches while fully stretched so a circumference of 12-24 inches. The smaller ones fit my child as a newborn and the larger ones fit until 3. The grey and pink headband used to have pearls glued to it but they fell off. From a smoke free, pet friendly home. I reuse packing materials whenever possible.
