16 waist. Stretch. 25 length. These were my favorite jeans and was disappointed that they have been discontinued. I wore the red ones - I think the white ones came from a friend. I noted a small mark on the red ones but didn't have time to treat. I am sure its from being in my closet. They don't fit any longer but are one of the most comfortable jeans.
