Beautiful Mid-Century Modern hand-crafted mixed metals bird dish from Los Castillo of Mexico. The three-section serving piece is created in the form of a bird with spread wings and tail. The 3 sections have been silver plated & outlined with copper/copper back. The beak is brass. The eye is also silvered with a stone inlay. Maker’s mark on back Stamped Taxco Mexico - Los Castillo. This hand wrought dish is unique conversation piece when entertaining, to use as a catchall on a table or simply display as a piece of art. Preowned. Shows wear/use. The metal carries an age-appropriate patina. I will leave it to buyer to clean at their discretion.
