Los Angeles Woman vintage long dress mock vest 90s

Los Angeles woman vintage 80s/90s dress. Mock vest bodice with white ribbed top underneath and tiny checkered/houndstooth pattern skirt. The vest unbuttons and opens but doesn’t come off and it has a Buffalo check plaid and floral print. Overall very good vintage condition but some minor thread pulls and slight discoloration, you can see at the neckline. Size 16. This dress brings me right back to elementary school, if you were a kid in the 90s I’m sure you also have memories of your teachers wearing dresses exactly like this one!
