Lord & Taylor vintage 60's floral button down dress with belt size S/M

Approximate measurements in photos. Did not take photos with tie on belt. Measurements of belt in photos. No material tag but feels like cotton no stretch. Almost maxi, but not quite so longer length. A little bit of a collar stain (not too much) and one spot in photos. Other wise light wash wear and a little fading. I estimate this dress around 1950's-1960's. Floral with collar. Could be 70's but not totally sure. Would look great on taller woman for la night out. C
