vgardon @ipmi Hello again. It measures approx 26” in front and 28” in back. It’s a bit of a swing skirt, cut circular.

vgardon Regarding the waist, it’s a side zip closure so the waist is somewhat fitted. It sits right at the waist if that makes sense. Hope that helps.
