Loose cropped top, blue, small/medium

This is a top I made out of a dress I had. Basically I just took the bottom part of the dress off, since it got damaged. The top is super loose and comfortable. You can put it inside a pair of high waisted pants or a skirt. The color is very intense and the fabric is quite soft. I would say it fits great for both medium and small.
