Loose bell sleeve dress

Loose, purple dress with 3/4 long bell sleeves and embroidered detailing. Features tassels that you can tie or leave loose. Dress came with slip, but the slip tore, so the dress is a bit sheer. Would be perfect as a beach coverup or with a new slip. There is a light stain (looks to be grease maybe?) on the front-see picture. Still cute though, bought from a boutique :)
