🌞 Loopy Fringe Sweater

Dressy black sweater with loopy fringe on collar, sleeves & bottom edge. Size L/XL fits more as a large. So much prettier in person, Picture does not do this justice! Has 3 buttons to close or can use pompon tie. Like new, possibly worn once. Approximately 29” long.
