We use coconut wax instead of the cheaper, and more common beeswax to prevent bee exploitation. Love For Earth: We always avoid soy wax to do our part in preventing deforestation. We use wooden wicks. This allows the wax to burn slower, candles last longer, and you get more "bang for your buck!" Coconut wax is the healthiest for you, the animals, and the Earth. Plus an added bonus is that it has the richest quality too. How it works: Place your order, receive your candle, and light it up! After the candle is melted nearly to the bottom, you will spot a aluminum wrapped present floating around in the wax! scoop it out with a spoon or fork, rinse it under warm water, and unwrap!
