shopjomens @emcreations 😃 I have this skirt but in a S/M it's of durable elastic band the Length: 16.8" Waist is Elastic and stretches 24" - 32". Also the jacket you inquired about is direct from a manufacturer in China. I believe they have them in different sizes. I was looking into starting a clothing line hence sampling from different manufacturers. Please let me know if you have any others questions.
