I've done SEVERAL trades, & ALL were 100% successful! (And, have never been asked to trade back.) I'm pretty picky about who I trade with, & always do my due diligence/research about a potential new trade partner. (And, strongly advise that EVERYONE does the same, so we don't allow these scammers to prosper) If you're new to Posh, trading, or fewer than 50 sales then you'll need to ship 1st. If everything is as described, your item(s) will ship the same day, if time allows. Trust me, I completely understand that it can be anxiety provoking, but 99% of all traders had to do the same thing when we 1st started, too. My trading/selling reputation is extremely important to me, so rest assured that I will go above & beyond to make sure you're THRILLED w/ your new item(s). If either person is unhappy, then BOTH parties have the right to request a trade back.
