@lost19882000 Don't worry. I saw on another listing as I was searching that I can get it replaced 4 free @ LV store. So I called & as long as u have POP or registered with them. They will replace 4 free if they have in stock. Yippy 4 me bcs I need 2 & wont have 2 pay but thxs 4 looking. :-)

What have u bought besides the alma bag. ? My advice is to study study study. I used to be a Gucci girl ( hence my name ) since I was 14, im now 28... I still do love my some Gucci but I've been steering away because most of the bags are the canvas material and I bought most of my guccis brand new & paid retail prices . Only for them to get dirty way too fast ( especially the wAllets ) and the corners of the bag start to tear and then grow into holes

Once the wallets ( Ns bags) get too dirty I won't even wear them/ they are beyond sellable , who wants to pay any kind of money for a dirty bag.. I've thrown some of them in the garbage it got that bad.. So if I do buy Gucci they are leather Nd only the guccisma kind/ any how in the last hm year or so I grew a love for LV and their prices , as well as guccis , have went up very pricey ( I don't like their price tags either )

SOOOO, I started buying lvs at a local designer consignment store that only sells high end designers but then she Got too pricey Nd my mother in law told me about posh Nd here I am. But since the fakes especially the more recent ones Are so good ( some even have an Code that's legit authentic) !!! I had to start doing homework

I bought a trocadero abt 3 weeks ago. Took it 2 LV shop & was told they would not repair unless it was under m acct. Posher who sold 2 me said that was incorrect. So I called & s/w suprv & she said they would repair but @ their discretion. :(

My LV shop tends 2 b snooty. Every CS has a different response. @ least with the trocadero they said I got a super good deal. Was happy 2 know it was authentic. They wont verify but if u ask 4 repairs that is how I know if it is a replica bcs they will tell u its fake asap.

I wanted 2 buy gucci so thxs 4 the heads up. I hate buying something & have 2 b xtra careful. In my opinion if its expensive. It should b durable & last a lifetime. My dooney that I have had for over 20 yrs holds up way better than LV & much cheaper @ that.

Update!!! I went 2 LV n as usual got snooty reps & was told that they don't give out any boxes/dust bags. Luckily I remembered the reps name & was told that person was out of Neman Marcus. Went 2 NM & rep was so sweet. Did not even asked 4 proof.

He immediately replaced boxes 4 free. Also asked 2 see wallets & brought out like 10 different kinds as if they were worth nothing. We were treated like royalty as opposed 2 the independent LV store. So go 2 NM were they don't judge. So shocked 2 see the difference. Would expect more from LV but I guess I was very wrong.

Its just a little card or booklet on how 2 care 4 your product. Higher end stores like Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Ave have a specific section 4 LV. If u buy @ either stores u can retrn/exchg @ LV with no problems bcs its like buying from LV directly just in a dept store with other high end stuff.

@saguilar the wallet U asked me about has a code of sp0081. Which means made in France - 1st Nd 3rd letter (08) month of August and year (01) 2001.. She says she bought it in 2008-- it looks real to me and date code is real but i don't think the lv store would sell a wallet in 2008 that was made in 2001 maybe she bought it used
