Long-sleeved Jacket

Blue with small black pattern with black-ish collar (see photo with black button next to collar). Three black buttons down the front. Built in shoulder pads. Used to have a skirt which is gone. Made in the U.S.A. 60% Rayon/40% Polyester Dry Clean Only.
