Long-sleeve Meraki Blouse

This blouse has an elegant look to it with a light material and gold band centered. It has open slits on the arms (2nd pic.) The material is sheer so a skin color tank under is recommended. It is scrunched at bottom and at the end of arms so no need to tuck it in and have strange bulges in pants. (It creates the illusion of being tucked in for you!) Only thing is small stain on front (BARELY noticeable.. 3rd pic.)
