mollyboyles @thelastviking52, yes. This is in pristine condition, I cannot say it is new since I bought it at an estate sale and I am unsure if it is actually new since there are no tags attached.

mollyboyles @thelastviking52, yes, that is correct. The elastic has a large amount of stretch to it and is not showing any signs of deterioration.

thelastviking52 I normally wear a size 12 now, which is considered a sz L, but this skirt look fairly "bulky" in pic, and I don't like to look "frompy"! Have you tried it on yourself by any chance and can share how you think it would fit on a normal sized body?

thelastviking52 one more question, is the elastic waist pretty firm, or loose? I am more like a 34" or perhaps 35" waist, so 37" is already a bit much, but it would all depend on the tightness in the elastic!

mollyboyles @thelastviking52, sorry for the delay, I just now saw the additional questions. I would say this skirt is likely to be too large on you but the elastic is in perfect condition. I do not sew, but I do know I have been told that broomstick skirts are easy to adjust by utilizing safety pins on the inside of the waist line. A broomstick skirt will work well for somebody with curves or straight lines due to the fullness of the material.

thelastviking52 @mollyboyles Thank you for responding! Is the skirt tiered? All my Broomstick skirts are tiered which makes a huge difference in how it drapes on your body?

mollyboyles @thelastviking52, this particular skirt is not tiered. I have others I will be listing over the next few weeks, some of which are tiered.
