cindysstufft Splint that is broken right in the very FRONT of the basket! It is very obvious and I noticed it immediately upon removing it from the box. I asked about condition and if anything broken etc. you said nothing was wrong. I am so not happy and feel "deflated"....I just can't believe this! Plus what about the wooden slat broken DIRECTLY IN THE FRONT of the basket? The rest of it is in good condition. Please let me know what is going on.....

liamsmom2011 It wasn't broken when I shipped it! I would have never sold it broken! And the top picture shows mine the screen shot is simply for value and I have that in the description. I will figure out how to do a return. Shipping should have insurance but who knows how many loop holes are involved in that. If nothing else make a listing and I'll buy it back.

I thought saying it wasn't mine and then having the actual picture above not having a lid it wouldn't cause a problem not knowing what's included. liamsmom2011 I'm just as upset as you are believe me I don't want people to think I'm a crook. I believe in honesty and I have every intention on getting you proof that I never tampered with any photos. If it was broken before I shipped I would have canceled it immediately. I'm not a desperate person by any means and I'm by far not that low of a person either. I haven't got a notification from this app all day, luckily I checked in with it, This is very upsetting to me.

cindysstufft I do hv an idea, however regarding the lid problem. I looked on eBay and see they hv brand new lids for about $14-15$. Instead of having to pay to return it I could buy a wooden lid to fit from there if you will put some of the $$ towards it. Tell me what you think. This way your money isn't wasted on postage but can help pay for a lid. I could contribute to it also.

cindysstufft It will cost 9.25 or 9.75 (hv to find out from post office here) what rate you would pay for return. I began seeing all these 9.75 rates and not sure if it's weight and insurance or 9.25 for same for less weight. I can call them. It should be 9.25, but not positive. Then I will look for the lids again and pay the postage. (I'm not up to packing boxes right now and still in bed with these stupid migraines, anyway, & I don't want to pay them to do it becuz of cost to you.

cindysstufft I WAS....I mean WAS genuinely sad and upset all this happened & to be honest I couldn't imagine you deceiving me. They were just honest mistakes on your part and I see this and like I said before, I could feel how upset you were and KNEW everything was truly done honestly as far as you knew for sure! I can live with the broken slat I guess, and will just hv to be extra careful I feel better that I found lids at a very good price, also, so that helped!

I think it's better than giving Uncle Sam the money! cindysstufft The basket is very pretty and once I get a lid it will look even prettier! (When on display). I need to get back to sleep and will pray the lid I had chosen is still there. I hv not been able to barely walk the past few days, either. (Due to another problem), so my wake and sleep times hv been out of whack.

cindysstufft I would hv to pay you $$ after buying the lid if that happens, and send u a check. You would need to pay for part of the lid and we would do it fairly. The hardest part is on me becuz I will need to do that transaction and then we add it all up and see who owes who how much. Except IF there is postage to send lid then u would pay it and maybe part of the lid.it would cost u more to hv things returned to you than the lid.

cindysstufft Your basket was in its original box, also! If u WERE a collector you would hv seen it. You or someone prob caught a sweater or something to make that kind of split in the wood splint. However I'm not doing what you want me to do and that is obviously upsetting you. I will not do anything more than accepting the return. How do I know this isn't just a scam and it wasn't broken!
