This is the 2005 Dresden Basket from Longaberger. You could only purchase this basket and Dresden, Ohio. It comes with the protector. It has a single swivel handle. It is round at the top and square at the bottom. It has the red Band at the top. The approximate measurements are 5.25” round at the top and 3.25” square at the bottom.
