Longaberger 2002 May Series Geranium Basket+Plastic Protector+Fabric Liner in the Geranium pattern+the Pottery Geranium Tie On~ Last in Series of May Baskets. May Series ran from 1990 to 2002. Classic 3/8" weave. Red trim and shoestring accent weaving. New basket form has tapered, vase like shape wider at the top. Solid wood board bottom. Grandma Bonnie Longaberger's signature burned on bottom. She was the mother of the Longaberger founder, Dave Longaberger. It was her love of flowers that inspired this collection. This basket was available May 1 - June 30, 2002. Thirteenth and final May Series Basket. Only May Series Basket to feature Grandma Bonnie's burned in signature on the board bottom.
