Long-Sleeved Blouse

Size 30/32. Black and white floral print overblouse with a black "shell" underneath. Made in Vietnam; overblouse is 92% polyester/8% spandex; shell is 100% polyester. Shell is only in the front. The bottom of the garment and the bottom of the sleeves ruffle. There are three round black buttons at the top front and a slit that begins at the bottom of the buttons that exposes the shell.
