It’s white, not off white. Lacey and stretchy. It has the solid short skirt underneath and the lace hangs down over that so it’s see through. The shoulders are cut out and the sleeves sit below the shoulders. Could also be a cute photo shoot pregnancy dress as stretch as it is.

@stacieroberson so I took straight measurements and didn’t put it on, it’s never been worn, to wrap a tape measure around. The waist 13 across front. PTP is 16. The total length is 48, the part down to the skirt that ends before the lace and s 24. I hope this helps.
