New, never worn, beautiful, flowy halter top,, backless white dress, lightweight cotton with lace insert in skirt. Purchased for a wedding but it arrived 4+ months late because of pandemic shutdown. Size Large, but runs small so fits more like a medium.

melodieshaw @kellynelson730 The top "triangle" gathers at the top with the halter ties, but it is 8" across at the bottom of the breast, and 7" from top to bottom. The waistline is 28" across with a woven front and elastic in back for some give, and the length from the bottom of the 1" wide empire waist is 39",, so the total length of the dress is 47" (without including the tie halter, which can be adjusted).
