Long sleeve satin and wool dress

Vintage custom made dress from Burdi of Chicago. Cream satin pleated blouse attached at waist to Italian grey wool gathered skirt, graceful and dramatic over panels fall from the shoulder that are sewn into arm seams, hidden side zipper, all but top button hidden in front blouse placket, skirt completely lined with back kick pleat, satin cuff integral with sleeve, overall length 42.5”, see pictures for other dimensions, excellent condition, one of a kind
