Very cute blue long sleeve blue hooded dress. No name brand. But fun n easy to throw on in spring or on a cool summer night. U could pair it wit sneakers, chucks, or sun flip flop/sandals n your good to go... only wore twice. N tag inside because it was itchy. Size is M/L. 38” from shoulder to hem.
