Long sleeve floral dress

This long sleeve dress has elastic under the bust, and elastic at the shoulders so you can wear it on or off the shoulders. The sleeves are oversized with elastic at the wrists and there is a slit on one side. The material is a silky polyester, and it’s new with tags from a boutique. It measures about 23” from underarm to underarm and about 51” in length.
