Long silk black, white, teal & green formal dress

This is a long silk dress with a black base. It has white, teal, & green flower/paisley type pattern. It is a halter tie at the top with a place pic at the chest. It has a pleated skirt & flows. There is a small blemish that I could find on the left arm/side boob area but is not really noticeable when wearing cause your arm would basically cover it.
