Long shimmer black JS Collections skirt

Attention: this is size 4 but I think it fits in the waist more like a 2. This gorgeous skirt falls to my ankles on me (when wearing it high waisted) and I am 5’8”. It has gorgeous movement and is just begging to be worn as a black bridesmaid skirt or to a gala.
