tinalily7 @scapshaw that was weird to measure. I updated two pics that show where I measured it from. From shoulder to bottom of dress I got a little more than 58 and from armpit to floor about 4 ft. I'm 5'4 if you want me to try it on.

tinalily7 @scapshaw I'm having a hard time getting good measurements I'm unsure where to start and end my measurements bc it's an awkward cut. I tried it on though and it's too big on me. The length is pretty good if you're wearing tall shoes I'm a 5'4. It's too big at the top for me. I'm a 26 in jeans and small/medium shirts. The waist has elastic stretchy and then it's a real loose flow. I honestly think it would be perfect for what you described yourself as.
