Long red white and blue skirt

Women’s medium I love the colors of this skirt. It’s totally ‘merica. But just didn’t fit me right. I’m too short.... I’m always too short for everything. It’s annoying. But my loss is your gain! This has never been worn- tags just ripped off. It’s Been in my closet for ever!
