Long navy blue prom dress

V necklace, back has two spaghetti straps, slit that goes up to about the knee/thigh, it is a little snug around the hips but not a lot, the dress was altered at the shoulders and the bottom because it was too big on me, I'm about 5'3 and my heels were about 2" and the dress was still floor length overall a beautiful dress that has only been worn once and is in perfect condition
