Long maxi dress sz XL

Very soft and flowy maxi skirt. I’m not sure if it’s navy blue and white or black and white sometimes it looks either to me but it can fold over at the top like a pair of yoga pants it’s very comfortable for every day where you throw on a T-shirt and a comfortable pair of tennis shoes and you’re ready for a comfy and cute look it’s a size 14 but it will also fit a little bit bigger since I’m a 14 and it’s a little big on me so I would say it would also fit a 16 they are no flaws no holes tears or stains it’s in great condition
