Beautiful Light Blue with Crystal accents Dress. I bought that dress from jjHouse to attend a wedding but when I tried it on the bustiers were too tight. This dress can be a nice prom dress or a sweet sixteen one. Bust :45" waist : 38.5" Color: Cool. I need to sell it very fast because it's taking a lot of place in my closet.
