Hi Could you tell me the LENGTH of this skirt ? and how many inches tall is the CONTRASTING BAND on the bottom of the skirt? and the WAIST measurement from side to side when it is stretched out ? I have never worn this skirt, I think I bought it on Esty last Spring. The waist was too tight and this skirt is high waisted. It has been in a storage container with other items from my closet after I posted them.
Length is 37"
bottom back is 81/2"
waist unstretched is 15"
stretched is 20 1/2

@2luv4me Yes, I agree on the size. China sizing. Would be nice if manufacturers would adjust sizing to their targeted consumers.
