Cold shoulder chiffon romper with flowing Maxi skirt for a dramatic look. Single button in front at chest. Lined romper, sheer skirt. 100% polyester. Med- Waist without stretching is 13” stretch to about 36”. The length waist down approximately 41” and shorts from waist down 13”. Bust is approx 38” but can be worn loosely. MIA
