luthiensparrow I really like this! When you say 30 inches flat across do you mean when you lay it down and measure it straight from one side of the waist to the other that it’s 15 inches and that all the way around is 30? Also, can you show the back of the dress where the waist is hooked or is it stretchy material that stretches over your hips to put on? Any way you can show a close up of the fabric? Can you give a measurement for the length?

luthiensparrow What is the length from waist to bottom hem? Is this hand made? If not, you may be able to find the material tag on the inside of the skirt midway down. I would love to know the material as well as length.
